VAX1Stop was created by an international team of IT, data management, data security and health and wellness specialists with the goal of simplifying the sharing of pandemic test and vaccination information.
With more than 100 years of data management and security experience, the team set out to provide the gold standard in COVID information management. That goal was achieved with the introduction of the VAX1Stop solution.
Meet our Executive Team
Leon McKenzie – Founder and CEO
Leon is a “Real Rocket Scientist”, having specialized in Celestial Mechanics at UT Austin in the 70’s and then working with many of the Aerospace companies in the country for many years after, Leon is a strong proponent of the Scientific Approach. Simple, common sense, solutions based on Fact have always been Leon’s Forte.
He is a true “serial” entrepreneur, having founded more than 15 different companies – each with a technology basis. He has been instrumental in growing small companies to major entities. This coupled with his many forays into the corporate world – he is an alumnus of some of the country’s largest companies including IBM, AT&T, Mastercard, many of the Large Aerospace companies and scores of others. He has built a career out of helping companies solve major problems and is an acknowledged expert at defining and implementing solutions for complex problems.
When the pandemic struck, and quickly spread, he realized that there was not going to be a focused effort on arriving at a solution to manage Covid information, and he decided to mobilize his global IT team and contribute by providing a solution. As the many controversies associated with simply sharing Covid results begin to grow it became apparent that there was a need for this solution.
Today that solution is called VAX1Stop.
Kristine Gentry, PhD – VP Marketing
Kristine leads our customer experience program and directs our marketing efforts. She works to ensure our employees have all they need to provide their best work to help our customers. Our team believes strongly in the importance of helping individuals and families through difficult transitional times.
Kristine worked for 8 years in consulting. In addition, she has taught anthropology courses at several universities including Auburn University and George Washington University.
Mike McKenzie – CTO
Mike has over 20 years of experience in managing enterprise systems. He is in charge of VAX1Stop’s infrastracture and security.
Zlatan Dzebic – Operations
Zlatan Dzebic operates as a liaise between the CEO and various developers and support members on the team.
Zlatan graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2010 with degrees in finance and accounting; he worked in the financial sector for numerous years before transitioning into a technical role.
Laura Martin – Operations Manager
Over the past few years, she has become the hands on Operations Manager. Working closely with each customer to ensure support and growth of business. Laura believes you are only as excellent as your team and is passionate about supporting the organization with positive attitude and behaviors through integrity and trust.

Ben Martin – Managing Director at Safe4
Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of London, and began his career with Bayer, the international chemical and pharmaceutical company. He moved into the IT sector in the early 1980s, and he has been involved in electronic document management since the middle of that decade. He has held sales director roles with innovative leading companies in that sector, including Anite and Spescom Software. He has been responsible for sales and business development management in the UK, Europe, the USA and South Africa.
With Safe4, Ben is responsible for sales and channel development activities in the UK and internationally.
Paul Stallard – Chief Marketing Officer at S4Encrypt
Paul has worked for some of the world’s largest banks and financial services companies – HSBC, Lloyds Bank Group, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG, Unicredit, Northern Rock (good bank), Hargreaves Lansdown, Euromoney, DST International, Riyad Bank, BSF Bank in Saudi Arabia and Bank Muscat in Oman.
Paul specialises in strategic management, innovation, optimizing digital sales & marketing strategies, product management and proposition development. For the past 6 years Paul has also been working with some of the UK’s best and most exciting fintech organisations. Married with three daughters, Paul published his first book ‘Next Generation Finance’ in 2011. He attended Aston University and he has an MBA from the University Of Bradford School Of Management. He is both a Graduate and a Fellow of The London Institute of Banking & Finance and Chief Examiner for the Institute on the subject of ‘Strategic Management and Innovation in Banking’. He is also a Chartered Marketer, a Graduate and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
